ONTARIO EXPRESS ENTRY

Human Capital Priorities Stream
Applicants with the skilled work experience, language ability, education, and other characteristics who qualified for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry pool are eligible to be nominated by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) using this stream considering the considering the priorities of Ontario’s labor market and communities.

French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
Applicants who are French-speaking skilled workers who have strong English language abilities and who want to live and work permanently in Ontario that have qualified for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry pool can be nominated by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) using this stream.

Skilled Trades Stream
Applicants with work experience in an eligible skilled trade, skilled trades’ certification (if required), language ability, and other characteristics who have qualified for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry pool and who want to live and work permanently in Ontario can be nominated by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) using this stream.

Foreign Workers with a Job Offer Stream
This stream has been introduced by Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to cater Employers and Investors in Ontario who need skilled workers who are having difficulty finding them. Application for the foreign recruit with any managerial, professional or skilled trades occupation (NOC 0, A or B categories) are processed through this stream.

Skilled foreign workers with a job offer who want to permanently live and work in Ontario can also use this stream of The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to immigrate.

Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills Stream
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) introduced this stream targeting in-demand foreign workers with a job in specific occupations in the agricultural and construction sectors for the nomination of permanent resident status.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CATEGORY

Job Offer Stream
International students with a permanent job offer who wished to permanently live and work in Ontario can use the Job Offer Stream of The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

International students must meet all the degree, diploma or certificate requirements at the time of application and cannot apply if they are in their final semester of studies.

Masters Graduate Stream
International students with a Master’s degree obtained from a publicly funded university in Ontario and wished to live and work permanently in Ontario may use this stream of the OINP to apply. A job offer is not required.

PhD Graduate Stream
International students with a PhD degree obtained from a publicly funded university in Ontario and wished to live and work permanently in Ontario may use this stream of the OINP to apply. A job offer is not required.

BUSINESS CATEGORY

Entrepreneur Stream
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Entrepreneur Stream accepts application for the nomination of permanent resident status of individuals from countries outside of Canada who wishes to implement a new business idea or buy an existing business in Ontario.
Individuals from countries outside of Canada with successfully established business providing significant economic benefit to Ontario are also eligible for the nomination of permanent resident status under this stream.

Corporate Stream
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s Corporate Stream accepts application of a maximum of five key staff for nomination for permanent resident status, who are essential to the establishment, continued operation, and success of established International Corporations looking to expand into Ontario or buy an existing business.
