- Face to face interviews over SKYPE with prospective workers.
- Improve and implement particular HR plans with businesses for the selection, interviewing, recruitment and processing of qualified immigrants under the applicable immigration program.
- Provide up to date reporting to companies on the status of their foreign recruitment in the application procedure.
- Recommend companies on options for succession planning including foreign investment or sourcing a foreign worker to take over running the business operation.
